Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

 

Use the Wireless and Cancel buttons to restore Wi-Fi setup mode.

 

Press the Cancel button to ready the printer.

 

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time for three seconds until the printer restarts.

 

Note: Your control panel might look different than the following example, but the steps are the same.

After the printer restarts, wait 60 seconds until the Wireless light blinks blue.

 

Within two hours, return to the app or software to find and add your printer and complete the setup.
