Hi HP Support Agent,

I am having same problem, cannot reset device as it asks for password. Please assist me on how i can ressolve this issue.  every configuration i try to do it asks me for a password despite never havinput a password on the device.

When I get to step 3 in the Solved! I get a screen asking for a password instead.
