Reset Password

I have lost the custom password for the EWS in my HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w. Is there any way to reset it to default? 

I need to solve this because it will not let me change any settings without the EWS password, and I need to do changes becuse Google CloudPrint is no more aviable.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
