Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am volunteering helping reconfigure several printers.  I need to reset the NVRAM on some 1102W printers, upgrade their firmware and then install them with using Windows 10 (64).

1. I need the procedure to reset their NVRAM.

2. When I try to install the current software Windows 10 seems to indicate the software is out of date even though I just downloaded it from HP indicating I needed a Windows 10 (64) version.  Is there a version that works with Windows 10 (64)?

3.  Same question as 2 regarding the firmware update file.
