I've just bought a new HP LaserJet Pro M102w.
Everything is fine apart from the annoying roller marks visible on each printed paper. The marks look like 2 vertical blank lines (dents in paper) located at the page's center.
I've tried different paper brands as well as different paper media settings. Nothing has worked so far.
Please advise how I can solve this issue.
Thanks

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you are facing print quality issues with your HP LaserJet Pro M102w Printer wherein the roller marks are visible on each printed paper.
This issue could occur if the ink from the toner is leaking on the rollers.
Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Fixing Poor Print Quality
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.

Thank you for your reply.
Just to make sure I got my point across correctly, there are no ink marks, traces or smudges on the papers. There are 2 vertical lines in the middles dipping in the paper as if the rollers are pressing too hard on it. So you can see the lines paths but as dents in the paper (not ink).
So will your guide still help?
Thanks

Hi @mkarem88,
Thanks for the update,
I appreciate your time and efforts,
I would suggest you can check for obstructions in the paper path. We recommend using a flashlight to make sure you see any smaller pieces? If there is none, I would personally suggest this could be a printer hardware. I would recommend you contact our HP phone support for further assistance. Please fill in the product details to get the tech support number.

Hello! I see your post from over a year ago and wondered if you had any luck with your roller marks. I know what you mean, everyone thinks you mean ink, and it is indentations. I see it most on gloss card stock. I have it on a Ricoh color laser. I have tried settings with heavy card stock, glossy, etc and no luck. It may just be a flaw we live with, but often it does not look too professional.
If you have any comments you can email me at [Personal Information Removed], it is quicker than having to log into this site.
Thanks!
