PRINTER HP LASR JET M 1005 SHOWING SCANNER ERROR 12.

 

 

SO WHAT SHOULD I DO.................

Unplug the printer from the wall, wait a minute and then plug it in and try again.

 

Make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall.

 

If it still fails then the Document Scanner might need to be replaced.
