Hello,

My customer having 3 HP LJ Printers and till yesterday they were able to scan and email to O365 user accounts. From today morning it stopped working. Event ID in printer wen console as 44.10.05, SMTP Server unavailable. I tried to test with IP for smtp.office365.com. No success. No issue with the O365 account using in the printer. Tested login to O365 console.Please provide some clue.Regards,
