Scan to email is not working since a while. Printer has a wifi connection via Apple airport.
Scan to email was working always correctly.
App on printer is still searching for connection, and can't get connection.
Anyone knows solution?

Hi,
Install the latest firmware update for your printer, then check for any difference:
Be sure to follow these steps to install the firwmare:
- For a USB connection, please use a 2 meter (6 foot) USB High speed (2.0) cable.
- Once the firmware update process has started, do not use your Mac for other activity until the process is complete.
Install Instructions:
- Mount the disk image containing the firmware update.
- Run the FW Update Application contained in the disk image.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to continue.
- Do NOT power cycle the printer or the PC during this process, or the printer may become unstable and/or unusable without further attention from HP. The firmware update can take several minutes to complete. Please be patient.
- To verify the update, a configuration page can be printed. The configuration page will display the current firmware revision in the product information section.
Click the Yes button to reply that the response was helpful or to say thanks.
