HP Laser Jet PRo MFP M130nw

I have a brand new HP Laser JEt PRo MFPM 13nw printer.  I have a Scanner 13 error code I cannot fix.  I have tried so many things including HP Print and Scan Doctor and I still cannot scan nor get rid of the error message.  

 

I am so frustrated at this point.................CAN SOMEONE HELP ME HERE?

The error can be caused  by the scanner bar that moves inside the assy is off it's track or stuck, or possibly there is a connection problem with the cable from the scanner to the main logic board.

 

If it's brand new, and still under warranty, contact HP for a warranty repair or replacement.
