Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey there - recently purchased and set up a LaserJet M479fdw. Trying to scan directly to my computer utilizing the Scan Feeder. Every time I try it simply scans the empty Scan Bed and sends me a blank sheet. If I scan to USB the feeder kicks in and works as expected. Any thoughts?

If you are using the HP Scan software you have the default set to glass and not auto-detect.
