Does anyone have the service pin for the LaserJet M527 available?

 

It is not listed in the Repair Manual.

You can find the service pin in the Troubleshooting manual.

This information is restricted to be published (by HP).

May I ask why do you need this information?

Someone left and maliciously put a password on the admin functional.  We have tried the service pin from the troubleshooting menu as well and that says incorrect.

If you cannot access the EWS because you don't know the admin password, then you will need to do a Partial Clean via the pre-boot menu of the printer.
