HP Recommended

We had the problem and changed the desired tray paper size and type to Any and had Tray 1 empty... I hope this helps.

This worked for me. Here's the settings we had to do. Tray 1 had to be closed and empty.HP Color LJ M553 - Default to Tray 2.PNG
