Hi there. Recently I have had a problem with my printer. I try to print some business cards with full black background and when the paper came out it has a lot of missing color or some white lines. I don't know why this is happening. If someone can help me with my problem.

Thanks in advance.

P. S. I also changed the black cartridge in the printer but the problem is the same. What should I do? Here you can see the problem that I have. A lot of white on the paper. Here you can see the problem that I have. A lot of white on the paper.

Should this part get replaced?Should this part get replaced?

What type of paper for cards are you using, did you adjust setting on the computer to print on that paper type?

If you print 2-3 copies of business cards on plain paper is print then OK.

I use A4 240grams paper. If I print in white background it prints well. What settings should I put when I do this? And should I print only 6 business cards on 1 plain paper?

Thank you.

First, you need to change the paper type to cardstock or heavy, if you use settings for a plain paper that could be the reason you are having poor print quality.

Thank you I will try that.
