Slow printing mac

My HP laserjet MFP277dw has become very slow to spool and print, particularly pdfs. Jobs are also dissaperaing from the print queue after a few minutes.

Have tried unplugging and updating drivers/software

I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

How is the print speed when you copy a document?

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

Could you also print a configuration page and check the print speed. In order to print the page:

1.) On the product control panel, press or touch the Setup button

2.) Open the Reports menu.

3.) Select Configuration report.
