Or is this what you were looking for:
HP Color LaserJet 2605 Series Printers - Certificate of Volatility
Introduction
The following is a statement regarding the volatility of customer data stored in memory devices of the HP Color LaserJet 2605 series printer.
Information
The printer utilizes volatile memory to store customer data during the printing process. When the printer is turned off, this volatile memory is erased.
The printer utilizes non-volatile memory to store customer configuration information. This non-volatile memory can be cleared and restored to factory default values by performing a Cold Reset.
NOTE: Cold reset, which power-cycles the engine with a special button press, is not supported for this printer. Instead, use the feature "Restore defaults" located in the Service menu to reset default settings.
Follow this procedure to restore the printer to the factory defaults:
- Use the (Left arrow) or the (Right arrow) button to select Service , and then press (Select).
- Use the (Left arrow) or the (Right arrow) button to select Restore defaults , and then press (Select).
- The printer automatically restarts.
If further assistance is required, please contact HP LaserJet Technical support.

Hi @DOE-NNSA-HW-CMT,
Is your printer the HP Color LaserJet 2605? The regulatory information is in the User's Guide in Appendix D. Here is a link to the guide: http://h20566.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-c00509634&docLocale=en_US
