I'm using HP LaserJet M1005 MFP all in one printer on Windows 7 64bit. When i try to scan a document it gives me an error message Sti Error! Video initialize error on my coputer screen. I have re-installed the printer drivers but the problem still persists. I have also used HP Print and Scan Doctor and restarting the device from power cable, this also did not work. I connected it to another computer with windows 7 64bit and it worked perfectly.
There is however no issue copying or printing only when I try to scan.
PLEASE HELP!!!
