We have 2 IP addresses that we get print jobs from. How can I only allow them, and our internal computers to only print to this printer. We are getting lots of spam printing. As this is a remote office I would like to do this on the printer and not get a new router that has the functionality to do it.

If you have a small number of IP addresses you can restrict to only those IP's. You can also go to the networking section of the embedded web server and turn off any unneeded protocols like Http printing. You reach the embedded web server by typing the Ip address of the printer into a browser.
