streaks on a page typically mean there is toner leakage or a failed drum unit? remote the drum and examine the green/blue drum. If there is excess toner there that matches up with the streaks the drum may be leaking excess waste toner, or the toner cartridge itself is dumping too much toner. If you have a spare toner try swapping that in. If you still get marks then the drum is a very likely candidate.
If the streaks are not well bonded to the page you might have a fuser issue or the wrong paper settings for the paper you are using.
