Like another user, my printer seems to be stuck on "sending data to printer" but will not print. I have my printer connected via USB to my imac and I have followed all of the steps suggested for the other user (resetting the printers, rebooting the computer, reinstalling the printer, etc.) and I still cannot get a print.

Welcome to the HP Forums
I saw your post on how your HP LaserJet Pro M275 printer is not printing and the print job is stuck in the queue. I am happy to help you with this issue!
However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,
- Are you getting any error message while printing?
- Are you able to do copy on your printer?
Meanwhile
Reset the printer
-
Make sure the printer is idle, not making any sounds, before continuing.
-
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
-
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
-
Wait at least 15 seconds.
-
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
-
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
-
If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button (
) to turn it on.
-
Try printing again.
If the issue persists, check the printer and the computer connections
Disconnect the USB cable, and then reconnect it to the computer.
-
Press the Power button to turn off the printer, and then wait five seconds.
-
Disconnect the USB cable from the rear of the HP printer.

-
Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
The printer makes some noise as it powers on and might start printing pages. Wait for the printer to become idle and silent before continuing.
-
Wait five seconds, and then reconnect the USB cable to the printer. Apply enough pressure to make sure the connection is secure. If the printer starts to print, let it finish printing before continuing.

Let me know if that helps.
