I have been using after market ink cartridges for a number of months now.  A few days ago, all 4 cartridges are showing the Supply memory error.   I am using both a PC and a Mac with printer (PC has a wired connection, Mac prints via wireless), there were no changes made recently to the printer.

To troubleshoot, I have tried the instructions a few times to do a hard reset, I still get the same error.

Is there anything else I can check?  Given all 4 cartridges began showing the issue at the same time, did the March 2019 firmware update make changes to restrict use of non-HP ink cartridges?  Is there any way to download a copy of the previous version of the firmware to test if that resolves?

Thank you

Are you able to print still? Usually you can continue if you click ok on the panel. Part of the reason for the warning was unscrupulous vendors selling reman cartridges as OEM so HP wants to make sure that end users know they have 3rd party toners.

I am unable to print and there is no option to click OK.
