Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw

We have changed all the toner cartridges starting with the yellow one. Printer worked ok after just that one, but having now changed all 4 we are getting error message - supply memory error. We have checked they are fitted correctly and switched it off and back on but no go. Any ideas please?

Do you see an error code with the message?

No error code. I tried replying and sent a photo but for some reason the reply obviously hasn’t got through. We have bought a new printer as we cannot manage without. Thank you.
