HP Laser Jet P2035
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

We're having an issue with our printouts concerning a Laser Jet P2035 model. The issue as I understand it, is whether HP has a driver that will be compatible with later Windows model software and devices. The surface pro runs a ARM 64-bit processor. Apple will also be converting to this type of processor.  Something about the surface pro software, and the HP printer driver are not compatible. The printer however is a work horse. Is there a way to fix the missing letters in printouts from Microsoft word, plus Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?

Hi,

The drivers are already integrated into Windows 10, you should plug the printer and print.

Please print an internal report as following:

Press and hold the Go button for 5 seconds when the printer Ready light is on and no other jobs are printing.

May you see any similar results on the printed report?
