HP LaserJet 4250
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
Hi,

Product Name: HP Laserjet 4250

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1

I am having an issue where, whenever I try to print from my computer, it causes whatever program I was using (MS Office, PDF etc...) to crash unexpectedly. I first tried to uninstall then reinstall the software and configure printer again... the same issue occurred.

Please Resolve my Issue.

Thanks in Advanced!

Hi,

I installed the HP Driver "upd-pcl6-x32-6.2.1.20636" in my network PC. And then Add network Printer. Now Hanging issue is solved.

I think this problem is occured by Driver Issue.

Thank You!

Hello @KP_Ramanan

How do you have the printer connected to the PC?

If you install this printer into a second PC , do you have the same problem ?

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

Say thanks by clicking the Kudos Thumbs Up to the right in the post.
