Hello,

I have been a customer at HP for over 40 years

I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM

I bought in Thailand, where I currently reside, a multifunction printer

Following a referencing error in an order

I can not get TONER cartridges replaced for my HP Color LaserJet MFP M181fw

[edit]

I did not open these products

Can you help me with customer service in Thailand?

If you send me an email address

I can send you all of my file

thanks for your intervention

Hi,

Unfortunately, you made not clear where exactly you bought the cartridges. This is crucial.

When you describe the reason for receiving wrong items as "following a reference error in an order", then I assume the wrong-delivery is caused by the buyer (not by the seller). At this point again it is crucial who did you buy the cartridges from. If it was your error, you depend on seller's refund/exchange policy . You can ask the seller to take back the items, but the likeliness of having a right to an exchange is extremely slim. Where I live (Switzerland), on cash receipts for cartridge purchases, a clearly stated disclaimer says: "No exchange". No matter what store I buy from. I wouldn't even try here.

If it was the seller's error (wrong shipment), then you have an undisputable customer's right to exchange the cartridges at the seller's expenses. Since you didn't got what you ordered.

Finally, I would underline: the best chances for an exchange is in contacting the local retail seller, who made the deal with you. It is certainly not up to global HP instances (Thailand), to step in for it, unless you bought the (wrong) cartridges from an official HP store outlet.

Nonetheless, I'll provide you the link for contacting HP Thailand. But I'm afraid, it will be for the foxes, in this case.
