HP LaserJet M209dwe Printer

Hello HP Technical Support,

I am requesting assistance with my HP LaserJet M209 printer, which has entered a critical error state and is completely unresponsive.

Issue Description:
When I connect the printer to the power outlet, it turns on and attempts to initialize. During this process, the Wi-Fi LED blinks for a while, then the Wi-Fi light goes completely off, and the main status light bar starts blinking rapidly in amber (orange). The printer remains stuck in this state and does not respond to any commands.

Troubleshooting steps I have already performed:
1. Network and Cable Connections: I tried connecting the printer directly to my router using an Ethernet (LAN) cable. I also tried connecting it directly to my laptop via a USB cable. In both cases, the laptop fails to detect the printer completely.
2. Consumables: The toner cartridge installed is brand new, a 100% original HP cartridge equipped with a genuine chip.
3. Hardware Inspection: I have thoroughly checked the device; there is absolutely no paper jam, stuck debris, or open doors.
4. Power Cycle: I performed a hard reset by unplugging the power cord for several minutes, but the loop repeats immediately upon powering back on.

The printer is stuck in a permanent hardware/firmware error loop with the amber light bar flashing rapidly. Since the computer cannot detect it via network or cable, I cannot perform any firmware updates or diagnostics.

Please advise on how to resolve this critical error or provide instructions for a hardware replacement if the logic board has failed.

Thank you in advance for your help.

When you press the i button on the printer panel, what happens?
