This printer isn't available

In print option it shows my printer name but its not selectable...But when i tried through other party apps it prints..

• Which application are you using to print from your android?

If you are using the HP Smart app to print, then the app may not be compatible with your printer.

You can check the printers and features supported by HP Smart from this link.
