I'm one of those guys (and so are others in my office) that are constantly stealing pieces of paper out of the printer (for scratch paper, etc.). Every time I go to print something (and it doesn't print) I see this message on the printer touch-pad. "To change the paper size press modify. To accept the current value press OK." That's because at some point during the day someone must have opened one of the paper drawers to steal a piece of paper. I press OK, it prints, and life goes on. Is there any way to stop this message from appearing (or requiring me to hit OK) every time one of the paper drawers are opened? It's driving us all in the office nuts. Everyone takes paper out of the printer (multiple times per day) leaving the printer almost always in a non-printing lockdown (awaiting someone to press OK on the touchpad). And of course, when you do press OK, everyone's print jobs that have been sitting in standby mode start flying off the printer while you stand there hoping your print job is next in line. Any fix for this (other than people stop stealing paper from the printer drawers)?
Thanks a ton!
Joe

If the printer is networked, type the IP address of the printer into a browser to access the embedded web server. Then look for an option called something like"prompt for paper size" and set it to no.
