Toner Cartridge will not release - tugged real hard and it still won't come out.

Prints fine, but time to replace and cannot get it out!

Hi BillATL,

If the toner cartridge does not come out with the proper way, then it means it is stuck on some springs.

You,  then, have two options:

1) Remove as many as covers and/or parts of the printer so that you can unhook that spring that holds the cartridge and then unbend it to its normal position.

2) Force the toner cartridge out of the printer. In this way you will most probably damage the printer (that spring) and you will have to unbend r even replace that spring.

I prefer the first choice,

I hope this will help,

Cheers!
