Hi Hp community, i just buy a M254, when i print in color cyan is missing, i reseach online and i find a video of Hp for my problem, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zuGGL6bz7PQ, but my toner is alrady set like in the video and the problem still there. any suggestion?

I just bought a M281cdw, and I have the same problem. Cyan toner shows 100% on the printer screen and on the computer. Computer shows it in color. Printouts show black, magenta, and yellow in color. Cyan comes out blank. I have been trying resets and tests, but am out of ideas.
