Hi @Kade14,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for providing the error codes and for confirming that the connections have already been reseated and the M2 motor has been replaced.

I checked these specific error codes against HP's service guidance. The 59.06.50, 59.07.50, and 59.08.50 errors are drum motor startup errors associated with the Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow imaging systems, respectively; they are not cartridge errors.

Since you have already reseated the connections and replaced the M2 motor, please try the following:

  1. Turn the printer off
  2. Disconnect the printer from the power source.
  3. Wait for approximately 30 seconds
  4. Reconnect the printer and turn it back on.
  5. Check whether the same error codes return.

If the errors 59.06.50, 59.07.50, or 59.08.50 continue after the restart, HP's recommended next step is to have the printer inspected by an HP-authorized service provider or contact HP Support.

You can find HP support options here: 59.0X.50 Error To continue, turn off then on | HP® Support

Since hardware work has already been performed and the issue persists, an HP-authorized service center will be best equipped to diagnose the remaining drum-drive or related hardware issue.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.

Service manual states you need to replace the Driver PCA RM3-7722-000CN.

In the case of multiple errors as you indicate the Driver PCA is actually the first part to replace.
