Product: Laser Jet Pro M203dw

I can't get the toner cartridge into my Laser Jet Pro M203 dw. I remember last time I put it in it was tricky, but this time

it won't go in at all.  Please help!

Guess what?  First you take the drum out and then put the new print cartridge in and then put the drum back in.  

Didn't see that in any instructions that I found.
