Hello HP Community,

Recently my laser printer did not fully print the image on part of the page. I have been printing on the same setting of Transparencies with good printing results. However recently its starting to flake. As you can see from the attached image, the toner did not bond with the page, it looks like the toner is flaking off the page. This is only happening on specific part of the page. How can I remedy this issue? Thank you in advance.

Thank you

Is this repetitive down the page? If so, you likely have something stuck to the fuser or the fuser is damaged.

Thank you for your response. Currently its on one spot of the page not repetitive down the page.

How can I clean the fuser or replace it?

Is there a fuser model number to replace the current fuser?

Thank you.
