Toner issue

I purchased my laser printer MFP M281fdn in UK. Now, I have moved to India. Here, on installing compatible black toner 202A, brought from HP store online, the printer displays a message: incompatible black cartridge.

My query is:

1) How to install the toner cartridge.

2) Is it possible to get a software update in this printer so that it accepts the compatible cartridge supplies in India.

Since you have moved from UK to india, the printer need's the regionilisation settings done.

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
