Product: P2055dn

Have 3 LaserjetP2055dn on Print fleets MPS and 2 of the 3 do not report toner levels

I was going to start with firmware but can not find it anywhere

Anyone have any other ideas

Sometimes to find the firmware on hp.com you have to lie to the site and tell it you have a different operating system than you actually have on your PC.

In other words if you say you have windows 7 you might see the firmware update but if you say you have windows 10 it might not show it and the firmware update is the firmware update regardless of the operating system you are running.
