Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been unable to figure out how to get the capacity and remaining toner in my cartridge, please help. I tried using the HP Support Assistant but no help there.

HP Print and Scan Doctor: Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor. Select your printer, click Printer in the top menu bar, and then click Supply Levels.

I tried your suggestion, but, the printer tab is greyed out?  Don't know why because it does show HP CP1215.

I tried the suggestion but the selection of "Printer" is grey and cannot select it.  In using the program, it did select my printer initially, but that is it.
