HP Laser jet Pro M118DW
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

HI,

I just receaved my new printer Laser Jet Pro M118DW, I was supprise when I open the box and saw no toner in the printer.  So I imagine it is impossible to install the software correctly and open the printer whitout toner?  Is there someone can confirm that is the problem because my printer doesn't work.  I think it is the problem.   How Hp sell printer whitout toner?

Excuse my english I speak french and I was unable to find the french option

This printer uses a 2 part system so you should have a drum unit and a toner cartridge. If they were missing from the box that is a problem for sure. You should contact the people you purchased the printer from as toner is included with this unit and if it is not there then either someone returned a unit without toner or the dealer removed the toner. Recheck all your packaging carefully to make sure the toner is not in the styrofoam packaging.
