LaserJet Pro M402dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Submitted a case online, system indicated warranty was still good on date of submission.  No movement on case since Dec 9, how do I find out what the status is and whether case will be processed?  Now warranty is expired on product so system will not allow me access to chat without paying for it

you will probably want to contact HP by phone customer support directly

 

1-800-334-5144 say"laserjet" say M402- have your online case ID handy
