Hi,
Make sure the trays are enabled and check if that may help:
Enter Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Ensure the required trays are marked as Installed installed and click OK to save the change.
If the trays are not available within that dialog too, open the Advanced tab and clarify the exact name listed within the Driver drop down menu.
Regards,
Shlomi

I donot know what driver you are using but I just loaded the 32 bit driver without the installer and it had the ability to add those trays under installable options. If the 64bit driver has the same then it may work for you. Use the link below to download the driver and then click on file once downloaed and it will extract to a C:\HP_XXXXX directory. I would then go into the properties of my printer then click on advanced and then click on new driver then next and on the makers page say have disk and navigate to the directory where the driver extracted and choose the already listed inf file and finish up and it should work.
