HP Recommended

Hi my Printer is unable to print cyan and instead i get a mix of cyan and green on test pages.

 

Steps taken so far, several color calibrations, several cleaning pages, updated firmware to latest version.  could anyone tell form the provided photos what might be causing the problem? other than the color issue the device works perfectly.
