Trying to switch method of payment.

Thank you for posting your query. I'd be happy to help you.

I understand you need to switch your payment method for HP Instant Ink. You can easily update it from your account. Here's how:
 

For Home / Home Office Instant Ink:

  1. Sign in to your Instant Ink account on HP Connected.
     
  2. Navigate to Account in the left menu, then select Billing or Shipping & Billing.
     
  3. Click Manage your payment method.
     
  4. Choose a new payment method and enter the required information:

    • For credit/debit cards: Enter the card number, CVV, and expiration date (even if only the expiration date has changed).
       
    • For Direct Debit: Re-enter your IBAN number, if necessary, and confirm other payment details.
       
    • For PayPal: Follow the on-screen instructions to link your PayPal account.
