Operating System: Mac OS 10.14 Mojave (MacBookPro) & iOS (iPad)

I am looking to use this printer to print double-sided (black & white) on a 4"x6" postcard from an iPad. After setting up the printer using my MacBookPro, the option for two-sided printing is greyed out on my MacBookPro. I read that this may have been due to an incorrect installation, but I've also reset everything to factory settings and reinstalled the printer drivers with no issues. It can, however, print single pages from both my MacBookPro and iPad.

Also, on the iPad there is no option to print two-sided and the paper type is set to A6 which cannot be changed.

Does anyone know how to correct this problem and have two-sided printing available in BOTH the Mac and iPad? Please advise.

@cshon

Your printer does not support duplex printing (manual nor auto). Its specs

Sorry, you have to buy a printer which supports duplex.

Hi,

As said, the Duplex option is expected to be grayed out as the feature is not supported by your printer.

You may try clicking the Layout drop down menu and look for Printer Features, from there select Manual Duplex.

As well you may try selecting Paper Handling and set the Pages to Print option, print Odd Pages first, then reload the pages and print Even Pages only..

If any of these features might be avialable for the printer you may use a such for manual duplexing.
