Product: HP laserjet pro mfp m277dw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have been using my printer for a few years. Now today I try to print double sided and it won’t. I have deleted and reinstalled printer multiple times, I have checked for updates and nothing has worked. Even used the online program to download the right printer software vs using the computer. 
I have tried multiple different programs and even used my phone and nothing will print two sided. I have checked every box or area and it will not print two sided. Until today I never had a problem.

Which application are you trying to print from?

Have you checked for updates on MAC and the printer?

 

Kindly check the print settings on the MAC

Refer to this document to know how to print on both sides from your MAC.
