My HP Color LaserJet 2025 worked fine on my Windwos10 PC, but it isn't being found when I try to install it onto my new Windows 11 PC.

The Serial No isn't acknowledged as correct, either.

Does anyone have any ideas how to install the printer onto my PC? Many thanks.

Please install the next driver for your Laserjet CP2025 printer:

>> https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL24849/ly-64049-4/CP2020-full-solution-AM-EMEA1-v2.0.exe
