Hi there everyone.
I want to add the ability to store jobs on the printer and understand that I need to add a FAT formatted USB stick with over 16Gb RAM to the back USB port to do this. I have a 32Gb USB stick that works on several over devices without a problem but when I come to use it on the back of the printer it just comes up with "USB Device uses an unsupported file system. Reformat the drive using a FAT file system.".
I have confirmed that it is formatted as FAT32 (not FAT16 which would only be 4Gb anyway, exFAT or NTFS) but the printer is sitll rejecting it. The printer is reporting that its firmware is up to date when I check.
Any ideas what else I can try.
Many thanks,
David
