Hi everyone, I hope that you can help.

I recently setup a LaserJet Pro M102W printer but the only way I can print is via the USB cable.

Every time I try to use the HP Easy Setup software to setup the wifi it gets as far as saving connection details to printer but then it fails with an unknown error.

I  have tried holding down the button with a red cross and the wifi button at the same time for 5 seconds. All that happs is the font page introducing the printer gets printed out.

I have un-plugged and re-plugged this several times.

 

Do I need to reset the printer? If so how?
