Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a brand new Laserjet M118dw. Connected to our network and printed out config page to obtain the ip address. Can't get page to load on any browser I have. Network scanner shows the printer with the ip, but I can't ping it .

We have had this issue from time to time, typically performing a factory reset will get everything up and running.
