Here's a bit of feedback for you, TEJ1602. After applying the solution you emailed me, I used the printer Setup to specify the paper I most use which is a 180gsm matte art, for which I set the printer to 200gsm matte art. Once I set that parametre, the duplex function stopped working.

I re-applied your solution and all is well again – duplex works once more.

Is that 200gsm setting the culprit?

Not sure what the tray capacities have to do with duplex printing, TEJ1602. I do not overfill my tray.

I have had no issues with using the 180gsm matte art for the past year and a half – it prints well.

The only reason I changed the paper setting in the printer's Setup specs is because there is that option to change it. Clearly 80gsm bond is quite a bit lighter than what I use and I am thinking my paper may need some extra heat for the toner to bond properly.

Right or wrong?
