Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This problem just cropped up out of nowhere. It only applies when I am trying to print from my 1/11/2021 purchased ACER ASPIRE C24 all in one computer operating on Windows 10 64 bit. The Wi-Fi connected printer was working fine until March 10 or so. The printer works with an older Kindle and my two cell phones. When I pull up HP smart, it says all is fine, and I can print status reports, but nothing else. Running MS troubleshooter is of no use, it "can't detect the problem". I need very simple, clear step by step help to resolve this problem, as I am no "techie". Any advice form the community?

Any changes on your network such as a new router from your ISP? We sometimes see this issue when a newer router is installed and the 5Ghz router is not fully compatible with the 5Ghz used on the printer.
