I have created a document in excel and changed it to A5 size.
When I try and print it on an A4 page I get this error message:
Unexpected paper size in tray - Load A5
I just want to print it to check what it looks like and I need to make the page that size when creating the document as I need to fit it onto that size.
I have never had this with any other printer before.
Would appreciate any assistance

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
I see that you want to print A5 size excel document on A4 size paper.
When you select the paper size and paper type in the printer settings, you need to select letter size, else printer will not recognise the paper in the tray.
To change the size of excel document, got to "Page layout " and choose "page size to A5". You can look at the print preview befor you print. I found this solution that might be related to your query: Click here
