I just bought a thrift store printer and the old owner did not unlink it from there account

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand the printer isn’t working since the account wasn’t unlinked. You may check with the store about canceling the ink plan, or simply use regular cartridges to keep printing smoothly.
